Erica Borgo is the Senior Director of Ad Product Experience at Warner Bros. Discovery where she leads the team focused on reimagining the traditional advertising experience. Her work also includes developing the ad experience for Warner Bros. Discovery’s enhanced direct-to-consumer streaming platform that will combine the vast and complementary content catalogs from both HBO Max and discovery+ into one user experience. Erica has spent her career successfully working with the ad sales and product and tech teams to create an industry-best ad experience that complements storytelling and provides relevant and thoughtful integration into the customer journey. As a founding member of the HBO Max team, Erica oversees multiple ad product initiatives through her differentiated product development lifecycles for innovative advertising and launched seven unique ad products in the first year of HBO Max’s ad supported tier. Before joining HBO Max, Erica was a founding member of WarnerMedia’s first ever Advanced Advertising team, where she managed the strategy, roadmap and execution of new data driven ad solutions. She also built the strategy and operational plan for WarnerMedia’s first ever cross screen audience targeting solution. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Yale, where she was co-captain of the varsity field hockey team, and currently resides in New York City.
