Erica Kaufman is a Los Angeles native with a NYC fire in her belly and a dash of Midwestern warmth mixed in. With fifteen (15)+ years of experience at organizations such as MTV/Viacom, Disney, Yahoo, and NBCU, she has led teams to ideate, pitch and execute omni-channel marketing and media campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, mobile, and experiential platforms.
Currently, as the Director of Content Strategy she leads the development of various Mattel content strategies that support both short and long-term franchise goals to help drive awareness, customer engagement, affinity and product sales while staying ahead of consumer content-consumption trends. Brands she has worked with include Hot Wheels, Monster High, Enchantimals, Action Figures and Fisher-Price. At the heart of it all, she is inspired by the wonder of the next generation and helping shape a brighter tomorrow.
