I am a creative problem solver, design leader, and tech innovator with over 30 years of experience in the music and media industry. I created and founded Synchtank, the leading software as a service for managing and licensing music and media for rights owners and broadcasters, as well as processing royalties, handling registrations, and producing automated cue sheets. I co-founded earthprogram, a strategic music business, technology, label and artist consulting firm, with partnerships with EMPIRE and Virgin Music Group. My core competencies include creative direction, strategy, new business development, product design, UI/UX, metadata, music publishing, music licensing, and design. I have a passion for creating and delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower and connect creators, rights holders, and rights users.
