Hemal is a Managing Director and Global Head of Gaming & Interactive Entertainment within the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. Hemal has advised the world’s leading gaming, internet and interactive entertainment companies on a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, private placements, debt financings and raid defense.
