Dulari is an Executive, Entrepreneur and Investor with a 20-year proven track record of building and investing in early-stage and growth companies in consumer products and services, technology, and healthcare. As an Entrepreneur, Dulari co-founded Phenomenon, a business transformation agency, and grew it to over $100M+ in revenue, successfully exiting to private equity. As an Investor, she has deployed her own capital advising, and helping operate companies, from early-stage to IPO. Most recently she was at Cue Health. She was a Series B investor and started an operational role at the start of the pandemic. Over two years, Cue went from R&D phase to a $3B IPO (NASDAQ: HLTH) and grew from <100 to over 1000 employees. She led efforts to build the brand for B2B and B2C, created brand partnerships with key customers such as Google, Mayo Clinic, and the NBA. She helped launched the DTC business, built a team of 75+ between agencies and employees. She was on the core team that spearheaded all IPO-related activities, analyst and investor materials, listing-day preparedness, and communications alongside Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Previously, Dulari was co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Phenomenon. From 2006-2017, she boot-strapped the business to 150 strategists, technologists, designers, marketers, and media experts. During her 10-year leadership, the firm worked with over 50 brands such as Intuit, Aetna, Wilson, Crate and Barrel, HP, Adidas. The agency’s work won awards at the Webby, One Show, Cannes Lion and Clio. Dulari has invested in healthcare, CPG, and tech companies with valuations from $10M to $1B+ with 3+ IPOs. Portfolio includes Brella, Cue Bio, Cue Health, Goodles, Live Tinted, Provention Bio, Repurpose, Second Sight, Stay Tuned, True Foods Kitchen, Walla and Uoma. A passionate advocate for education and economic empowerment, she is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees for Woodbury University. She is a Judge for the EY "Entrepreneur of the Year" program for Los Angeles. She is a board member at Beyond Capital, a social impact fund. She has served on boards for Larchmont Charter and Young Leaders Council at the Milken Institute. She has volunteered with American-India Foundation and Step-Up. She has been recognized by Advertising Age, Inc. 500, Los Angeles Business Journal, and the House of Representatives. She has been a speaker at Milken Institute, Los Angeles Women’s Summit, and EY. Dulari graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She received her executive education from Harvard Business School.
