He leads all post-sales teams, helping businesses scale their creator marketing efforts across every stage of the marketing funnel. With over a decade of leadership in marketing technology and commerce, Jacob has built and scaled high-performing post-sales organizations, including implementation, solutions engineering, customer support, and account management. When he’s not partnering with customers, Jacob enjoys spending time outdoors with his family—skiing in the winter and hiking or climbing in the summer.
