Bennett Sherman is the Co-Head of the Digital Ventures department at ICM Partners, a Los Angeles based talent agency. Since the recent joint venture with Evolved Talent Agency, Bennett now oversees the day-to-day operation of the single most influential player-servicing esports agency in the world. During his tenure at ICM, Sherman has risen through the ranks; starting in the mailroom, he was selected to become the assistant of ICM Partners chief Chris Silbermann, before ultimately being promoted to Agent in the Digital Ventures Department. Sherman was responsible for selling the first-ever scripted series to Spotify called “Ultimate, Ultimate,” which proceeded to be sold to Funny or Die. His clients have been submitted to multiple film festivals including the likes of Cannes and Sundance, and have won more than six Streamy Awards within the digital space. Sherman also managed the launch of Shonda Rhimes’ website, personally facilitating content partnerships for the site as well as guiding the brand’s overall digital strategy. He has sold shows to digital buyers over a variety of mediums, through companies such as Fullscreen, Spotify, Def, and Canvas. Sherman is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
