Beginning in 2004, G.O. Burton began his advertising/sales career with a passion for entrepreneurship. After earning his Master’s Degree from Loyola Marymount University, Mr. Burton utilized his entrepreneurial instincts and started a successful viral marketing company, The Bodega Co., with a plethora of music clients including EMI Latin, BMG and Universal Music Group.

In 2005, Mr. Burton began working at Ripe Digital Entertainment during its initial development as a multi platform video production company which focused on short form programming, distributed across multiple digital platforms including mobile, broadband and television. He soon assumed the role of Vice President of Client Services and Advertising Operations where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of all client services and advertising efforts, which included tracking and reporting all online and offline advertising metrics for over 50 clients ranging from Proctor & Gamble to Sony Electronics. Mr. Burton’s department contributed to a 72% client re-commitment rate, which helped maintain strong revenue for the company.

Mr. Burton left Ripe Digital Entertainment in 2009 and joined Xanimation LLC as Senior Director of Sales Operations in 2010. Mr. Burton was responsible for building a sales pipeline targeting the action sports marketplace.

Mr. Burton joined CNK Digital (Click N KIDS) in July 2013 to help expand and grow their global business and strategic partnership initiatives. He helped secure global licensing rights to their Looney Tunes product with Warner Bros., expand retail distribution, including launching nationwide in Toys R Us, and secured innovative mobile app partners like Codespark and The Meefy. Mr. Burton recently joined Ownzones Media Networks to help expand their global channel distribution.

Mr. Burton received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego. He later went on to receive an MFA at Loyola Marymount University in 2003.
